This blog has been created as an update tool for the National Capital Outaouais U16 Ski teams members, directors and followers. The NCOST is a not-for-profit organization that helps develop the young ski racers in the Ottawa area progressing towards FIS level racing. The NCOST is unique in that it brackets both the Ontario and Quebec borders serving athletes on both sides of the river. It is our end goal that athletes continue in the sport of ski racing through provincial, national and intercollegiate circuits after leaving the U16 program.
